This longtime Southern favorite tastes delightful steamed, sauted or served fresh! Also known as hen pecked mustard thanks to its rumpled edges, the Old Fashioned is a heavy-yielding cool season crop.

• Germination: 7-14 days
• Maturity: 45-50 days
• Direct sow deep in full sun as soon as soil can be worked. Plant again in midsummer for a fall harvest.
• Space plants 4-6 apart; space rows 12-18 apart.
