Tomato Ruby Crush (65-70 Days)

65 DAYS
Solanum lycopersicum

Ruby Crush is blazing a new trail in the tomato world as the first-ever grape determinate type! These compact plants deliver exceptional performance both in containers and the field. The sugary-acid balanced fruits resist cracking, making them perfect for fresh eating. Strong foliage provides excellent coverage to protect the fruits from sun damage, and the plants can thrive with minimal support, needing only a 2 ft. high fence trellis or a standard tomato cage.

Size: Mature plants reach about 2 ft. high with oval fruits weighing approximately 15 g each.

Yield: Expect a bountiful harvest of sweet, firm grape tomatoes throughout the growing season.

Taste: Sweet and juicy with a delightful balance of sugar and acidity.

How to use: Perfect for salads, snacking, and garnishing dishes. These bite-sized tomatoes are a crowd-pleaser.

Planting tips: Plant in well-drained, fertile soil once the danger of frost has passed. Space plants appropriately to allow for air circulation and light penetration, ideally in full sun.

Harvest tips: Pick when the tomatoes are firm and fully coloured for the best flavour. Regular harvesting can encourage more production.
