Organic Burgess Buttercup Squash (Cucurbita maxima)

Introduced in the 1930s, Burgess Buttercup produces 15 vines and up to twelve 3-pound squash per plant. Turban-shaped fruits have dark green skin and dense, orange flesh with a luscious, sweet flavor. Caramelizes beautifully.
