Bring vibrant backyard birds to your space with the Perky-Pet Squirrel-Be-Gone Feeder

Designed for outdoor use, this large 2 lb bird feeder blends practical squirrel deterrence with garden-worthy style. The weight-activated perches respond to a birds presence, while the feeding ports close briefly when a heavier animal steps on the perch or metal frame. Placed in a garden, patio, or balcony, the Squirrel-Be-Gone feeder stands up to everyday use. Its design balances function with curb appeal, giving you a dependable outdoor accessory that complements your landscaping while delivering reliable bird access. The clear reservoir makes seed levels easy to gauge at a glance, so you can plan refills before resources run low and keep visitors coming back without frequent stops for maintenance.

How it works

• Weight-activated perches trigger a port-closure mechanism when a squirrel steps on the perch or frame, reducing access to the seeds.
• U-shaped perches are designed to accommodate a variety of backyard birds, supporting a welcoming feeding station without inviting nuisance visitors.
• Feeding ports close in response to weight, helping to preserve seed for birds while discouraging potential intruders.

Capacity and monitoring

• Generous 2 lb seed capacity supports longer viewing periods and fewer refills during peak feeding times.
• The clear reservoir provides at-a-glance seed levels so you can plan refills ahead of a lull in visitors.

Durability and weather readiness

• The metal construction is powder-coated to resist rust and maintain a rustic finish over time.
• All-weather design keeps its form in sun, rain, wind, and seasonal temperature shifts, making it a dependable outdoor companion.

Garden-friendly design

• Hanging bird feeder suitable for trees, hooks, or yard lines, blending with outdoor aesthetics while staying easy to access.
• The combination of clear reservoir visibility and durable body offers both style and practical function in any garden setting.
