According to the Guinness World Records, this is the worlds hottest pepper with Scoville measurements between 1.5-2.2 million. Thats super hot, FYI. These unique, fiery red fruits have a bumpy texture and small stinger tail. Extremely hot peppers are difficult to grow. A long hot growing season is needed to produce fruit. Expect a longer germination period and a lower germination rate. Plant wearing gloves and handle with care.

  • 25 seeds minimum
  • Germination: 21-28 days
  • Maturity: 100-120 days from transplant
  • Start indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Plant 1/4″ deep in seed starting mix. Requires soil temperatures of 65-90F to germinate. Heat mat is recommended. Keep soil moist.
  • Transplant in full sun when all danger of frost has passed. Bottom leaves should be just above ground level.
  • Space plants 12-18 apart; space rows 2-4′ apart.
