Chiffon Summer Squash

Cucurbita pepo 42 days. Chiffon’s fine, white flesh is velvety smooth and tasty. We love that the beautiful, light yellow fruit is very slow to form seeds. Whether you’re picking at the baby size with the blossom still intact or a full-sized fruit, you’ll have the same, excellent, buttery flavor and creamy texture. Upright bush-habited plants are early and productive.
