Christmas Lima Bean (Phaseolus lunatus)

These merry, maroon-streaked white pole beans cook up creamy and delicious! The Christmas Lima produces tall vines that grow a bountiful, early crop even under hot conditions. Can be shelled fresh or dried.

• Maturity: 80 days
• Direct sow 1-1 deep in full sun after danger of frost has passed. Beans need soil temperatures between 75-85 F to sprout.
