Countryside Spinach

Gorgeous, uniform crops are tailor-made for baby spinach harvests.
32 days. Countryside shows excellent vigor, uniform maturity, and upright habit. The medium, 1-2 inch petiole allows for easy multiple cuttings. Crops resist bolting and maintain their non-bitter flavor even in hot growing conditions. Thick, succulent leaves rank very high in eye appeal with a robust flavor and pronounced sweetness with very low geosmin. HR: DM: 112, 1416, 19.
