Parthenocarpic. Strong, vigorous vines that spread 4-6 produce good yields of dark green pickles with white spines. The cylindrical fruit are bitter free and perfect for pickling or eating fresh. Gherking is parthenocarpic/self-pollinating, making it ideal for greenhouse/high tunnel production. High resistance to Scab and CMV, and intermediate resistance to powdery and downy mildew.
