Dianthus isensis ‘Dancing Geisha’

Magical fringy-feathered, elongated petals hang like colored lace in shades of white, pink, rose and lavender, moving like undersea creatures in the breeze from June to September. Blooms are lightly fragrant and top 10-12 stems on mounded plants equally wide. Narrow foliage is a pleasing blue green. Average garden soil, water when dry in a sunny spot. Interesting as a cut flower, lovely at the front of the border, rock gardens and in pots.
