Dragon Carrot

75 days. This Danvers type carrot is a nutritional powerhouse! Tests show Dragon to be high in anthocyanins and other antioxidants. It’s the carrot of our ancestors, as hundreds of years ago wild carrots were either white or purple. The eye-catching skin is deep purple with the interior ranging from yellow-orange to pumpkin-orange. Maintains its spicy flavor whether eaten raw or cooked. Great steamed or juiced.
