Averaging 2 to 4 centimeters in diameter, Easter Egg radishes have an exceptionally crisp white flesh with a mild peppery flavor and broad leafy green tops. • 200 seeds minimum
• Germination: 3-6 days
• Maturity: 30 days
• Direct sow deep and 1 apart in full sun/partial shade as soon as soil can be worked. Thin seedlings to 2-3 inches apart.
• Plant again in late summer for a fall harvest.
