2-3 mounds of strongly dissected foliage create a handsome scene top that with pretty-in-pink flowers with darker eyes on taller stems in May>June. Short lived perennial or biennial perpetuates itself through reliable reseeding. We think its worth growing for foliage alone but the flowers are a showy bonus. Little care required; sun to part shade, average garden soils, moderate water. Rabbit, deer and drought resistant. Attracts butterflies.
