Hickory King Yellow Corn (Zea mays)

With its very large yellow kernels, Hickory King is an exceptional roasting corn also used for grits, cornmeal, and tortillas. Because the kernel skins are easily removed by soaking, it is a preferred variety for hominy. Husks are tighter than most varieties and offer excellent pest protection.
