Narrow, grassy green foliage on this clumping perennial, 2′ high and 3′ wide; summer spikes, 3′ tall with warm yellow orange flowers last a very long time and create hummer traffic jams! Vigorous, drought tolerant, deer resistantgrows in most soil, but well drained is ideal; full sun and heat make it happy. Very drought tolerant when established.
