Michihli Chinese Cabbage (Brassica rapa)

An ancient Chinese heirloom popular throughout Asia and around the world. Michihlis tender, tasty leaves are terrific for pickling making it a great variety for kimchi. Delicious stir-fried. Well blanched heads are 16-18 tall and 4 in diameter.

• 250 seeds minimum
• Germination: 7-14 days
• Maturity: 75 days
• Start indoors 6-8 weeks prior to last frost. Plant deep in seed starting mix. Transplant in direct sun 2-3 weeks before last frost. For fall harvest, direct sow 6-8 weeks before first frost.
• Space plants 18-24 apart; space rows 24-36 apart.
