Late-season, Silverskin type. A strong flavored heirloom from the San Juan Islands off the coast of Washington State. The medium to large heads are wrapped in pure white skin and bear 15-24, mahogany-streaked cloves. Quite strong flavored for a softneck, Nootka Rose delivers a rich, bold taste and stores well for 69 months.
