Organic Red Podded Asparagus Bean (Vigna unguiculata)

The ruby beans of this Asian heirloom reach 18-24 long but are best enjoyed at 12 when they are at their tender, tasty best. Delicious stir-fried. Climbing vines are 6-9 at maturity and require support. Lovely in the garden and easy to grow.

• Direct sow 1-1 deep in full sun after danger of frost has passed. Beans need soil temperatures between 75-85 F to sprout.
