Purple Savoy Cabbage (Brassica oleracea)

For optimal results, plant this fast-growing, cold-loving variety in the fall. Small 1 to 3-pound heads have purple-tinged green leaves with the signature savoy crinkle. Sweet, tender, and great for stuffing.

• Maturity: 60-65 days
• Start indoors 6-8 weeks prior to last frost. Plant deep in seed starting mix. Transplant in direct sun 2-3 weeks before last frost. For fall harvest, direct sow 6-8 weeks before first frost.
