Rondo Carrot

73-78 days. Absolutely irresistible, these egg-shaped Paris Market-type carrots produce uniform roots 2 inches long and nearly that wide. Mildly sweet, with a low moisture content, which helps them resist splitting. We especially enjoy them when grilled or roasted whole. A great choice if your garden soil is too heavy for longer-rooted carrots, Rondo can be planted densely and harvested easily with a light tug on the sturdy, 14 inch tall tops.
