Ruby Streaks Mustard Greens (Brassica juncea)

A lacy, purple-red variety with tender, peppery leaves. As a baby leaf, Ruby Streaks is wonderful in salads; sweeter, mature leaves are delicious in stir-fries or braised with other cool crop greens and brassicas.

• Direct sow deep in full sun as soon as soil can be worked. Plant again in midsummer for a fall harvest.
