This fast-growing heirloom has cold-hardy, protective leaves that curl around its head to keep it white and crisp. Expect 5-8 cauliflowers with sweet, nutty flavor and a wonderful texture.

• Germination: 4-10 days
• Maturity: 70 days
• Direct sow deep outdoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date or indoors in early winter for spring transplant. Repeat in midsummer for an autumn harvest. Plant or transplant in direct sun.
• Space plants 18-24 apart in rows 2 -3 apart.
• Requires cool temperatures and consistent moisture. Mulching helps.
