Kate is a high yielding, 77 day bicolor with standout eating quality. Ears are 7 12 with 16-18 kernel rows of tender, glossy, refined kernels with excellent cover. Strong plants hold ears at 24 and offer high resistance to Rust (Rp1-G). Kates outstanding traits earned it a place in the Quality Elite series. Note: Kate has a tendency for oval tips in some stressful environments. This has not been a concern for roadside growers.
